Step 1
Early
Spring
GRANULAR FERTILIZER & PRE-EMERGENT WEED CONTROL
1. Fertilizer: A balanced mixture formulated for spring application with a base of nitrogen applied at rates to promote root development, deep green color and controlled growth.

2. Pre-Emergent: Controls annual weeds, including crabgrass, foxtail, goose grass, spurge, purslane, and knotweed.

Step 2
Spring
GRANULAR FERTILIZER & PRE-EMERGENT WEED CONTROL, BROADLEAF WEED CONTROL & INSECTICIDE*
Two separate applications - 1 liquid and 1 granular for 1 step price
1. Broadleaf Herbicide: This application is designed to control virtually all emerged broadleaf perennial and annual weeds found in home lawns, including:
dandelions, clover, thistles, and knotweed.

2. Pre-Emergent: This is the second half of a split application. This split allows the pre-emergent to control foxtail, crabgrass, and spurge all season long.

3. Insecticide*: Our applicator will survey your lawn for turf damaging insects and will treat any infested areas at no additional charge.

4. Fertilizer: This is a balanced mixture formulated for spring application with controlled release nitrogen to prevent excessive leaf growth but to insure dark
green color.

Step 3
Early
Summer
GRANULAR FERTILIZER, BROADLEAF WEED CONTROL & PREVENTATIVE INSECTICIDE*
Two separate applications - 1 liquid and 1 granular for 1 step price
1. Insecticide:  Optional (see contract). This is a preventative application for annual white grubs, the most destructive turf pest in our area. This one application provides season long control.

2. Broadleaf Herbicide: This mid-season application will continue the control started in Step 2, controlling newly emerged broadleaf weeds.

3. Fertilizer: Coated for slow release, this balanced mixture is formulated to provide fertility to dormant turf when water arrives and controlled fertility for irrigated turf.

Step 4
Summer
GRANULAR FERTILIZER, BROADLEAF WEED CONTROL & INSECTICIDE*
Two separate applications - 1 liquid and 1 granular for 1 step price
1. Fertilizer: Slow release coated nitrogen continues to provide necessary nutrition to irrigated and non-irrigated turf, helping to relieve stress on the grass plant.

2. Broadleaf Herbicide: Continues the control established earlier in the year treating any emerged broadleaf weeds.

3. Insecticide*: Your applicator will survey your lawn for turf damaging insects and will treat any infested areas at no additional charge.

Step 5
Early
Fall
GRANULAR FERTILIZER & BROADLEAF WEED CONTROL
Two separate applications - 1 liquid and 1 granular for 1 step price

1. Fertilizer: Specially formulated fertilizer is applied to promote turf growth, color and spreading. This application also prepares the lawn for winter conditions.

2. Broadleaf Herbicide: Broadleaf weed control is applied when necessary to control emerged weeds.
